Bodymind Core Pilates classes are medium to high intensity level classes, the most popular on the timetable. These classes provide challenges while offering different options to exercises, so participants are able to work at their own levels. Each instructor brings with them their own energy and passion, and each present their classes with their own personality, providing variety amongst workouts to keep classes interesting and exciting.

Most suitable for those already engaged in a fitness programme or regular physical activity.
