Basic Pilates

A low intensity class which focuses on the fundamental principles of Pilates using basic exercises and stretches to provide participants with a simple workout.

Most suitable for beginners and those returning after long breaks or from injury. Also suitable for participants who prefer a more relaxing class.

Core Pilates

A medium to high intensity level class packed with energy to provide challenges while offering exercise options for participants to work within their own fitness levels.

Suitable for all participants. Most suitable for those already engaged in a fitness programme or regular physical activity.
